Searching for Shahram Niakan

I am searching for Shahram Niakan, my husband's older half-brother. Shahram was born in Iran. He moved to the UK at 12 years old with his mother after she and her husband, Houshang Niakan divorced (early 1970's). His father remarried and had two children, Shahriar and Atossa. They were all very close until they suddenly stopped hearing from him in late 1980's. I found his name on UKs electoral roll for 2006, but none prior or since.

My husband and sister-in-law would love to reconnect with Shahram. They miss him dearly and think of him often.

Shahram may also use his mother's last name, Kharazi (Shahram Kharazi). His mother, Fahimeh owned hotels in the UK, Morocco and maybe Spain. He went to an England university and studied Economics. Please contact me with any information. Thank you, Kathleen (kat)
