I was born August 5, 1954. You named me Elsie Needham. No fathers name on certificate. You lived at 14 Westmacott St., Ridsdale, Hexam, Northumberland. The people who adopted me were George & Stella Bell. They lived in Perkinsville. We immigrated to Canada in 1965. They both passed in May of 2003. I was very different from them and we had a bad relationship. I am 5' 10" tall and Stella was 4' 11" and George was 5' 7" tall. I have blue eyes and light brown hair (I have grey hair now) and they had dark
