I am looking for my daughter. Her name is Alicia C. Allen. I havent seen her since she was 3 years old. She is now 13. Her father took her with him to Washington in 1998, and I havent seen her since. She was born October 5, 1994. The last known address I have on her father is in Everett, WA. I am desperate to find her and reconnect with her. I love and miss her dearly.
