Ashworth-Trying to find Birth family

I was born on the 13th January 1964 in Halifax General Hospital. My name was Janet Elaine Ashworth. At the time of my registration of birth (july1964) my mothers name was Joan Ashworth, she lived at 227a Kings Cross Road Halifax. She was employed as a packer in the toffee factory. I am not sure of her year of birth. My father was not named on my birth certificate and I am desperate to find any information of birth family.

Both of my adoptive parents have passed away and I have no siblings from my adoptive parents.
