Ashworth-Looking for both birth parents

I was born on the 13th January 1964 in Halifax General Hospital. My name was Janet Elaine Ashworth. At the time of my registration of birth (july 1964) my mothers name was Joan Ashworth she lived at 227a Kings Cross Road Halifax. She was employed as a packer in the toffee factory. I am not sure of her year of birth. I have no details of my birth father as he is not named on my birth certificate, and would appreciate any information anyone has.

I am desperate to fill in the missing details. Both of my adoptive parents have passed away and I have no siblings from my adoptive parents.
