my partner, born Nicola Smith, in Havant Hants in November 1966 is searching for her father, NOAH JOSEPH ANTONY SMITH.
her mum & dad parted in early 1970's & she has not seen him since. she is desperate to find him again.
he maybe still in the same area around Portsmouth or in Hampshire but whereabouts really unknown.
