Trying to find real family (henry p hull )(lee and mark hull) (lyndsey hull)

Hi my name is chris gilmore originally mcgloughlin.
i was born 09/06/1973 at st catherines hospital birkenhead.
My mothers name was jean m mcgloughlin and my dads name
was henry p hull. I was adopted in 1977 with my sister lisa born
12/06/1974. I have twin brothers lee and mark hull born i think in 76
and also a sister named lyndsey hull born i think in 78.
I would love to find my family. If anyone knows them please let me
know
