Looking for a friend in Ireland

I started talking to a Bill Wexford (at least that's what I think his name is) of Arklow, Ireland (again...I think). We met through msn playing hearts...then started chatting...now I have not heard from him in about a week and I am worried that something is wrong...anyone know this guy?
