Looking for John or Stella Woods

I am trying to find my daughter's father or her older sister. Details as follows :-

Father = John Woods, age 58, known to live in Preston, Lancs.

Sister = Stella Woods, age @32, last known to live in Penwortham area of Preston, was due to move on last contact. Lives with David and has a young daughter.

My daughter is asking questions and missing this side of her family. I would like her to have contact with either.
